C 4 is a ADA (Americans With Disabilities Act) compliant Automatic Door sales, service and installation company operating in Washington State since 1985.
Does C 4 stand for something? It is actually short for a “Condition 4 Product.”
What on earth is that even mean? Well you and many others have asked that over the years.
C 4 was founded on a business practice called - The 4 Conditions of Exchange.
As all business is conducted on an exchange basis this is considered an important business tenet and is our guiding principle.
These conditions are as follows.
1st Condition of Exchange: Is one that is given money in exchange for service but literally gets no service. This is considered a “rip-off” or a con. Unfortunately some businesses operate this way. C 4 does not.
2nd Condition of Exchange: Is partial exchange. You exchange for some goods or service and you only get half of what was promised.
3rd Condition of Exchange: Is nothing more or nothing less than what is promised to you. You order a product and its exactly as the bill of sales says it is, on time, not damaged nothing fancy or interesting about the product experience.
4th Condition of Exchange: Is exchange in abundance. An example of this is not a free service or a buy two for the price of one, but a business sells an average diamond to you and when you get the diamond it is an above average blue-white diamond with excellent service, delivered promptly and with courtesy.
We here at C 4 strive to always deliver to you our customer what we consider, A Condition 4 Product.
Hence the name, shortened, to C 4 Products.
C 4 Products LLC. Was founded by Dave Trotter in 1985. That legacy continues with his son Tim Trotter who purchased the business in partnership with Brock Loomis from Dave Trotter in 2021. Dave is happy to finally retire after 36 years of continuous operation.
